I have recently purchase 2 Ouffer offer of Pampering Package from Glengarry Face and Body.
I have rang to make enquiry prior to purchasing the coupons, about 2 persons having treatment at the same time was told that they can have 2 person at the same time.
My Aunty has then make an appointments for 2 persons, mentioning my name and her name for the appointment.
Upon arrival, we were sternly informed that the appointment was only for 1 person and that is their company policy that they can only accommodate 1 person at a time.
I have then proceed to explain that because we have both travel 30 mins in 1 vehicle, it meant that 1 of us has to wait around for 1hr30mins while the other is getting the treatment, is there any way we can work something out. I was then abruptly inform by the manager Stacey that they are fully booked and if I cancel that appointment, I will forfeit the voucher.
My further attempt to negotiate was cut short and earned very rude remarks.
The result being I have to wait around for 1hr30mins while my aunty gets her treatment done.
With this level of rudeness, I have no desire to return and redeem my second voucher as I have no further wish to subject myself to such behaviour.
